Key Stakeholder Interviews are a quarterly service, estimated time to complete: 1 hour per quarter and 4 hours per year.
Deliverable: The deliverable is a collection of completed Stakeholder Interviews from clients either electronically or over the phone. The to-do for the vCIO consists of: Determine the participants of the interview process. Send the meeting request to the participants with the question sheet.
